-Description+The ERN Portal is used to upgrade up to 6 capabilities in 3 main areas - production, speed and weapons. Each upgrade needs a free ERN Crystal. Upgrades need some time (120 seconds) to fully power up, and can be deactivated at any time to release the ERN Crystal.
