  * Electromagnetic radiation emissions of varying wavelengths are emitted at irregular intervals. Emission rate increases proportionate to surrounding sources of energy emissions from say, research equipment.
  * A "label" energy emission is present which is cyclic and of a very specific wavelength unique compared to all known "label emissions" of individual constructs of this emitter type. Likely some form of unique identifier system.
