CreateParticulateShot
CreateParticulateShot(<-image <-start <-target <-speed <-damageAmt)
Description
Creates a shot to damage particulate.
image: The name of an image to use for the rocket.
start: V2 for the starting position.
target: V2 for the target position.
speed: Float for the speed of the shot.
damageAmt: The int amount of damage to do to the particulate
